He represents the prestigious French producer Maison Ferrand, whose portfolio includes Citadelle Gin and Ferrand Cognac. Filip’s passion for artisanal rum has taken him across the globe, delivering exclusive masterclasses, seminars, and tasting experiences for bartenders, connoisseurs, and curious flavor seekers alike. His expertise in sugarcane distillation, barrel aging, and terroir brings an exciting mix of culture, history, and taste to every workshop.

A rich sparkling wine tasting at Wõlu’s sparkling and wine bar. The Bubble party is curated by the charming sommelier duo Kaido Pajuste and Kirsika Voksepp-Pajuste, whose shared journey and passion for wine have left a remarkable mark on the local sommelier community.
Kaido Pajuste is a seasoned sommelier, educator, and consultant known for his in-depth wine knowledge and masterful palate. His ability to connect the rich narrative of wine with real-life taste experiences makes every tasting he leads meaningful and inspiring.
Kirsika Voksepp-Pajuste is also a professional sommelier, known for her impeccable attention to detail and deep commitment to understanding wine as a cultural phenomenon. Her elegant approach to flavors and her ability to create connections between people and moments through wine adds a unique balance to their tandem.

Just before the ride, you’ll be treated to a refreshing Aperol Spritz, bringing the classic taste of an Italian summer to the moment. It’s the perfect combination of leisure, beauty, and a great atmosphere, just the way a real summer day should be.
How to join?
Visitors can purchase a ticket for a 30-minute ride for two people. The Aperol Spritz will be served either just before or at the start of the ride to make the experience perfect from beginning to end.
