Friday’s day program: the Dome

Morning yoga – a gentle flow

Kadri Tarus
Fr at 11:15 – 12:30

Kadri is a dance and yoga teacher born and raised in Saaremaa. Through a personal need to heal her back and a desire to find herself, she set out on the path of self-development.  Through this 10-year journey, Kadri has studied yoga in India, Australia and Estonia, and has become a certified yoga teacher (1300h YTT).

Kadri got inspired by her travels in Australia and Asia, and found her calling by coming back home and sharing everything she experienced. Today she teaches mainly Hatha yoga, as well as children’s yoga and organises liberating dance events.

During the I Land Sound festival, we take this time together to focus our attention on ourselves through the practice of yoga – we breathe, release tension from the body and align our mind with the desires of the soul. Come journey with Kadri!

Grounding, Breathwork, and Qigong

Juhan Mikkor & Ivo Malm
FRI at 12:30 – 14:00

The practice begins with a grounding meditation to establish a deep connection with the Earth and our roots. From this solid foundation, we gently shift our focus upward, expanding into higher realms and tuning into a shared energetic field.

Next, we move into a light breath journey – a safe and supportive space for deep relaxation and presence. This is an invitation to dive within, release tension, and reconnect with your inner stillness.

In the final part, we practice Qigong – a harmonious flow of movement and conscious breathing that brings the body and mind into resonance. This gentle practice helps to release accumulated tension, awaken energy flow, and leave you feeling refreshed, centered, and revitalized.

“A connecting touch” workshop

Kaie Sakala, Marika Samson, Sven Truupõld & Ivo Malm
Fr at 15:30 – 16:30

Workshop for couples

In the Connecting touch workshop, we offer couples 5-minute practices that help create connection and intimacy.

With these practices, you can connect by offering each other presence and loving touch. Our guided simple activities give you the opportunity to experience speechless space while being together and to feel your own and your partner’s body. A relationship can become routine after being together for some time. Come discover how to bring freshness to your relationship and experience more pleasure from simple activities.

If you don’t have a partner, find someone at the festival with whom you are comfortable being close and giving and receiving touch through clothes.
