Good news keep on coming! On Wednesday evening our deco-team, artists and creative director Jan Teevet received the honorable ‘The milieu and space solutions creator of the year’ title at the Estonian Music Industry Awards (EMEA)!
Although art has always been an integral part of the festival experience, it is the first time in the festival’s history, that it has been recognized at such a high level.
The playground at illiku is born in collaboration, because that’s the only way great things can happen. The purpose of these creations is to enhance the experience, to create a dialogue between art, nature and man, to draw attention to important topics. Tens of artists and our ever so slightly bonkers deco-team pour their hearts into these projects and work hard as hell to create a cohersive space that’s both pleasing for the eyes and exhilarating for the mind. And the finishing touches on the atmosphere are all yours, our dear family members and guests, who stroll around the islet for four days, with nothing but kindness and love in your hearts.
