Julien Veniel, aka D’Julz, is a true DJ’s DJ – a master behind the decks with a career spanning over 25 years. Known for his refined taste and ability to transcend genres, he has helped shape electronic music through his productions, DJ sets, and the legendary Bass Culture parties at Paris’ Rex Club, which he has run since 1997. After cutting his teeth at early ’90s Paris raves, he moved to New York in 1993, solidifying his reputation as a tastemaker. His music has been released on top underground labels like Robsoul, Ovum, Rekids, and Circus Company. As a resident at Circoloco (DC10), he’s known for infusing dub elements into house and techno with effortless groove. D’Julz remains a constant force on the global circuit, all while nurturing his label Bass Culture, which now boasts over 50 releases. A true legend who continues to inspire and evolve.
