The theme of I Land Sound 2025 is Day Eight which encourages creativity and thinking outside of traditional boundaries.
Inspired by this we are announcing an open art call to find a creative mind whose work would become an icon for arrival – a gateway to a new dimension and a symbol of the beginning of the journey. Our goal is to find a work of art, that welcomes all the guests at the doorstep of the festival, pleases the eye, creates dialogue both day and night, and touches all the senses. Through this, we want to create a unique symbiosis between art, technology, environment, and people.
The winning entry will be created in close collaboration with the festival organizers, ensuring that the idea is brought to life and offers an unforgettable experience to festival-goers and a broader audience alike.

The competition is open to both professional and amateur artists and artist collectives who submit a portfolio and description of their previous experience. The budget for the art installation is up to 6000 euros, which covers the cost of materials, transportation, installation and other related expenses. We encourage the artists to follow the mindset of I Land Sound festival and use rental equipment and recycled or sustainable materials.
The deadline for submitting your ideas is April 7, the winner will be announced April 10. The piece should be created between April – July 2025.
