The 5 Tibetians & Yoga Nidra

Juhan Mikkor
SAT at 11:30 -12:30

The Five Tibetans – like brushing your teeth, but for your spine

The Five Tibetans are simple yet highly effective exercises originating from ancient Tibetan monastic culture. Their purpose is to keep your energy flowing, joints mobile, mind clear, support lymphatic cleansing, stimulate hormonal activity, and give your nervous system a morning reset. These five movements activate all major muscle groups, improve posture, and stimulate the body’s energy centers (nerve plexuses/chakras).

Yoga Nidra – A mini-vacation for your body, mind, and nervous system.

After moving the body and waking up the energy with the Five Tibetans, we shift into deep rest through Yoga Nidra. This guided meditation takes you into a state between waking and sleeping, where the body can fully relax while the mind stays aware. It’s a reset for the nervous system, helps release tension and anxiety, and often feels like hours of sleep in just 20 minutes. A perfect way to ground yourself before the day begins.

Braiding workshop

Cärol Elias
SAT at 14:00 – 18:00 / Workshop fee: 15€

Make your own reusable festival braids!

Each participant will receive two hair ties with synthetic hair extensions attached. Participants will then have the opportunity to braid, weave, or style them according to their own preferences. The process is creative and allows everyone to design a unique hairstyle, experimenting with different techniques and styles.

Cärol: “For braiding, we use a special material called kanekalon. Although it’s synthetic, it’s very durable and designed for repeated use. The sustainable aspect of this workshop lies primarily in shifting consumer habits – while hairstyles are often created just for a single event, these festival braids are reusable and can be worn at multiple festivals and occasions. They can also be re-braided, enhanced, or combined with other accessories later on. This encourages long-term use and reduces the need for impulse buys and single-use beauty products. The workshop also helps raise awareness of how small choices can support circular economy principles – highlighting the value of handmade and reusable items.”
