Workshop: We all grow old… (ENG)

Kadri Mägi-Lehtsi
Sa at 14:00 – 15:15 – PIIDIVABRIK

Conscious leadership and self-awareness are the foundation of a successful and joyful life. It entails not only navigating your own life with awareness but also leading others around you through collaboration and growth. That’s what makes life beautiful! Unfortunately, many of us realize this only in the middle of our lives, but it doesn’t have to be that way.

Have you thought about the meaningfulness of your life? Do you wish to find clarity in your values and life purpose? We all experience happiness and sadness in life and we all grow old. Right now, at this moment you are creating a journey filled with memories from your experiences, observations, and actions. Take time for yourself and recognise your significance, and consciously lead your beautiful life.

This workshop is led by a top executive, MBSR trainer, coach, and “grandma in the apple tree” Kadri Mägi-Lehtsi, who has combined dozens of different psychological, leadership, and journeying approaches into a holistic whole to help people discover their inner resources for living a meaningful and sustainably joyful life. Kadri provides a practical recipe for how to be happy every day.

Rope-weaving from local plants

Riina Õun
Sa at 14:30 – 16:30 – DAYTIME LOUNGE

In this specific site, terrestrial plants intertwine with aquatic vegetation, and artisanal natural fabrics reflect the local heritage. An inclusive masterclass engages the local community, teaching participants to make ropes from local Indigenous plants using the technique of intertwining separated plant fibres. These ropes are later skillfully woven into a decorative belt inspired by the Estonian “kirivöö,” symbolically uniting the different cultures of people and nature coexisting at the location. Through this collaborative process, participants contemplate their own lineage and the richness of their cultural heritage. This experience fosters a deeper connection between individuals and their environment.

*max 15 people
