This year we have also put more focus on the ecological footprint caused by food production. Therefore we have left aside all beef, lamb and mutton, and goat’s meat, since the production of these has the biggest impact on our environment. Despite that there’s still plenty of delicious treats and gourmet dishes to discover. Welcome to the table!
