This gentle all-levels yoga class will give you space to connect with yourself, and ease you into your festival experience for a magical weekend ahead. Expect time to breathe deeply, hold poses in satisfying stretches, and release physical and emotional tension in this practice. We’ll open your full body and align your mind, so you feel light and inspired for hours of dancing and connection throughout the weekend.
For Keith, yoga is a powerful tool to improve our well-being in all ways. He is based in New York City and teaches retreats, workshops, and trainings internationally and online. His classes balance a focus on mindful presence with healthy alignment. He has studied from different teachers and lineages and his teaching is a unique blend of styles. Expect his classes to be inviting for all levels, informative, have meditative focus on breath, and an encouragement to meet yourself where you are.
Charging the festival experience: breathing practice, qigong and movement

This session is all about waking you up, shaking off any lingering sleepiness, and getting your energy flowing for the epic day ahead. Through the power of breath work, qigong, and mobility exercises, you’ll release any tension and stiffness, leaving you feeling light, agile, and ready to dominate the dance floor. It’s time to break free from the ordinary and embrace the extraordinary.
To finish off the program we will do a breathing session that takes you on a journey to your subconscious mind, unlocking your creative power and inspiration. Embrace the moment, let loose, and feel the energy surge through you.
Meet Juhan Mikkor – a dynamic coach, who brings the perfect blend of athleticism and mindfulness to his training sessions. With a deep commitment to personal growth, Juhan is continuously expanding his knowledge in these transformative practices. Juhan’s journey as a trainer has taken him around the globe, leaving a positive impact on individuals in countries like the USA (Miami), Australia, and his home country of Estonia. Notably, he has honed his skills under the guidance of Shaolin monks, acquiring a wealth of wisdom and insight into the mind-body connection.

The dancing journey of Friday’s I Land Sound is described by wild organic melodic sounds. Electronic music, complemented by shamanistic sounds, oriental rhythms and musical instruments, tribal calls and sounds of nature.
Ivo Malm, admirer of electronic music, DJ and event organiser, is accompanied by Bent Rushmore on an electric quitar and Rauno vaher on drums.
